Black Forest Fire Rescue currently does not do any physical mitigation for property owners but we do offer Firewise assessments that help property owners gather a better understanding of what areas on their property need mitigating.
An option, once property owners mitigate their property, is to bring all vegetation debris and slash to a Slash- Mulch site. You can check out the Black Forest Slash-Mulch Program website for more information.
