CWRC Inspection Request

Use this form to request a CWRC inspection for a project that has already been submitted to and reviewed by Black Forest Fire Rescue.

After submitting the form, you will receive a link to schedule your inspection visit. Your inspection is not confirmed until you select an available appointment through the scheduling link and receive confirmation from BFFR.

Submitting this form does not constitute project approval or confirmation of an inspection appointment.
